This service involves Aurum International directly approaching Applicants from an agreed list of target organisations on the Client’s behalf. Having agreed a Job Specification, Person Specification and Job Pitch with the Client, an Aurum International Consultant will generate interest with specific Applicants accurately matched to the Client’s requirements. This search may also utilise a Managed Advertising Campaign depending on the specific nature of the requirement and the Client’s preference.

This search method involves paying a retainer to Aurum International at the outset of the project. Although this retainer is none recoverable, it will be deducted from the final placement fee upon completion of the project.
All Applicants located in a retained search are the property of the retaining Client throughout the Client’s recruitment process.
