What is Managed Service?

This service involves the Client outsourcing the management of its recruitment processes to Aurum International. Rather than having to juggle multiple sources of Applicants, you would have one point of contact for all recruitment matters.

Aurum International will manage all Applicant sources on your behalf. We meet with you to undertake "Needs Analysis" and then re-engage once the best matched Applicants from all sources have been thoroughly interviewed.

Ensures legal and ethical compliance at all stages
Ensures that your company and the role you are looking to fill is represented accurately and consistently
Ensures that all candidates are interviewed to the same standard by the same company, regardless of source
A Managed database of all candidates introduced, including source, date and position in the process
Managing all potential Applicant sources including:

o         Direct approaches and internal referrals to the Client*
o         Aurum Internationals Database and Network
o         Headhunting from agreed target organisations
o         Web and Broadsheet Advertising (where and when appropriate)
o         Setting up and managing a PSL of specialist recruitment agencies

*Direct approaches and internal referrals would incur a nominal management charge, rather than a full placement fee, but would undergo the same screening and interview process as candidates from other sources.
